– What is your reason for becoming a teacher?

I have been living abroad for most of my life, travelling through different countries. Learning new languages became not only a normal part of my life, but also a passion of mine. Sharing my knowledge and passion for languages with people who want to learn my own native language is a dream come true!

– What countries have you had students from?

Having a master’s degree in International Relations, I find working with people from all around the world a wonderful opportunity to tap into different cultures and learn curious details about each one.
I have had students from Germany, England, Scotland, Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, New Zealand, Filippines, South Africa and others.

– What are the biggest challenges for your students?

Articles! 😄

– What would you tell somebody who wants to learn Bulgarian?

Bulgarian Language dates from the 9th century. It is quite an old and colourful language. It has been through many changes throughout it’s history and is still constantly changing. It has some similarities with other Slavic languages and yet it is unique!
Just enjoy the journey and have fun!
